"Nora bought a 250 Rebel . After watching Jim help Nora and others pick a bike that was suitable from a size perspective we where pretty comfortable with the level of customer service and expertize. John joined in at the end and made sure the bike and paper work where right and Cal worked a little after quiting time so we could load the bike on the truck and head home. The whole thing was such a good experience with everybody there, from a good fit on a helmet for Nora, a quick tour through the parts department grabbing an ignition switch for the old CB750, to helping us load the bike. It was such a good experience that a couple of days later we phoned and made a deal on an S40, which when we got there the following Sat. was ready to go. Just great ......Thanks .OH yea and everybody liked the Wiener Dogs as well."

"Hey I'm a big cycle world guy, but I hadn't seen you guys for a long time. First heard about you from that store down town near the dvp. (don't remember where it was) And Hadn't seen you guys for a while, but I came into your scarborough store and you guys have GREAT customer service. I talked to Jim (I think it was Jim...You have a jim right?, or am I writting on the wrong site ;-)
Anyways he was awesome. It's about time I talked to guy that knows his stuff. I'm sick and tired of talking to these kids that tell me that it goes "voom voom" I'm a biker I need a biker to talk to.that's the little guy. But he was a funny guy, that made it alright.
ALright. I was just impressed that's all ok? So tell that to that jim guy. I'm not a rich man so you'll have to wait a couple of more years for me to get my next bike but I'm letting everyone know at my job about you guys and I work with a bunch of these guys that have too much money and time in their hands. and if they were get off their arses and finally get the guts to get a bike I'm making them go to you and talk to Jim so they don't come back with a scooter.

"A friend told me about Cycle World and we decided to pay them a visit to buy a new jacket and some boots. We were quickly greeted with a friendly hello by Trysh and James. I loved the large selection of jackets and found some great deals. James was very helpful with fitting boots and Trysh was fantastic to deal with on jackets. I walked away with a pair of Alpinestars boots and a deeply discounted Joe Rocket jacket (carry over from last season). Over at the parts counter was John who knew everything about an old Honda I'm rebuilding. Don't get me wrong, I love my GSXR600 but you just can't find people who really know about the older bikes anymore. Great service. Friendly staff. Good prices compared to other shops in Toronto. I'll be back for another visit soon. "

Parts were ordered and arrived within a day like they said. I showed up early enough and got first in line the next day to have my bike worked on. In and out same day with minimal waiting. "Please thank Diane (your sales person from Guelph area, formerly from Regina) who was instrumental in helping us pick out my husbands jacket. We really enjoyed the experience of talking with her. We spent quite a bit of time trying many jackets on. What a pleasure with her patience and great nature. She was a really cool person and very knowledgeable. "The prices are reasonable, the people are helpful & friendly, the service guys know their stuff...can ya ask for more? I've been to other places where employees (and owners) treat ya like garbage, so the differences really stick out!
Bought all my gear from them to start me off last spring, got a few things taken care of by the service dept fellas, (who are very cool & try not to rip you off - major plus) & I plan on being a customer for a while. Already referred about a dozen people their way & will keep on doing so..."

"I was in on January 24th early afternoon looking for riding gloves.
I mentioned to the gentleman at the front desk that I am new to riding and found him extremely friendly and helpful. Questions were answered, and his experience gave me insight about my riding courses and the type of gloves I should purchase.
